The Organizing Committee of APPSPGHAN2009 is pleased to arrange rooms at the Venue hotel, Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Hotel and around the Congress venue with special consideration on accessibility and price. As all rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, once the room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may not able to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early reservation through MECI Tour, the official housing bureau of APPSPGHAN2009, is highly recommended. |

 How to make a hotel reservation |
| Participants can make a hotel reservation by submitting the hotel reservation form via e-mail at appspghan2009@mecitour.com or fax +82-2-2082-2110. The confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours by the official housing bureau. |

| Important Notice |
| 1. All hotel reservation should be made through MECI Tour, the official housing bureau of APPSPGHAN2009, and any |
| change in booking must be informed in writing to the official housing bureau of APPSPGHAN2009, NOT directly to |
| the hotel. |
|
| 2. Hotel Reservation should be made until August 31,2009. Room booking and changes made after August 31,2009 |
| cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability. |
|
| 3. A valid credit card information should be submitted in order to secure booking and only room charges should be |
| settled upon check out directly to the hotel. |
|
| 4. VAT(10%) and Service charge(11%) shall be added to the room rates, beside, IBIS Ambassador Gangnam (Sub |
| Hotel 5) will not charge Service charge. In addition, only for non Korean participants will be exempted from VAT. |
|
| 5. VAT and Service charge shall be added to the breakfast rates, beside, IBIS Ambassador Gangnam (Sub Hotel 5) |
| will not charge Service charge. |
|
| 6. Standard check-in time of 2.00pm and check-out time of 12.00pm apply to all hotels. Please note that requests for |
| early check in and late check out must be made in writing to the official housing bureau at |
| appspghan2009@mecitour.com in advance. However, this may cause additional one night charge depending on |
| room allocation. |

| Cancellation Policy |
| Any cancellations should be sent in writing to MECI Tour, the official housing bureau of APPSPGHAN2009 at appspghan2009@mecitour.com. |
|
| 1. Cancellation received till August 31, 2009 : No penalty |
|
| 2. Cancellation received till September 7, 2009 : 50 % of one night room rate will be charged to your credit card as a |
| penalty. |
|
| 3. Cancellation received after September 18, 2009 or no - show : one night room rate will be charged to guaranteed |
| credit card. |
